Refurbished Sign Concept
Early this fall, HOA Board members and neighbors began discussions around areas of need such as the weathered entrance sign and tired landscaping.
HOA Board member Dave Berger has contacted Rob Brantley from Rodney's Custom Cut Sign Company to provide an estimated cost to refurbish the existing neighborhood entrance sign. This image (left) shows the existing sign, the metal stripped and coated with [fine grain] synthetic stucco. The finish would mean that future touch-ups can be repainted with ordinary acrylic/latex paint.

The estimated cost for refurbishing the existing sign is between $2000 and $2500.
