The Forest HOA includes 72 properties: three on W. Marilyn and 69 along Trailing Oak. This HOA is self-managed. There is a 7 member Board of Directors. These volunteer directors are tasked with collecting dues, maintaining some buffer and signage areas, and enforcing the covenants (such as reviewing homeowner's requests for exterior changes). See the other pages on this site for details, forms, and contact information for the volunteers serving as HOA directors and committee members.
The Parkway Community Association (PCA) is managed by Omega Association Management. PCA is responsible for maintaining the medians, rights-of-way, the community playground and many common areas along Cary Parkway between the Food Lion and Arlington Ridge (towards High House Road). PCA is not involved in the management of the properties in The Forest.
The Town of Cary website is also a good resource for information on the town’s general policies and restrictive laws, trash and leaf collection, etc.
