Welcome to The Forest
We are pleased to welcome you to our neighborhood. Seventy-two homes make up the Forest community. You now belong to two different neighborhood associations, each with separate annual fees.
Two separate invoices will be mailed out each fall:
The Parkway Community Association provides upkeep for Cary Parkway and its surrounding areas.
Check The Forest Homeowners Association web site regularly for current events, meetings and possible additions and amendments to existing covenants. The Town of Cary website is also a good resource for information on the town’s general policies and restrictive covenants, trash and leaf collection, etc.
Our HOA board consists of nine members, who meet bi-monthly at a board member's house. The meetings are open to everyone, and we encourage you attend to voice your opinions and/or concerns on any items regarding our neighborhood. All the members of the Forest HOA extend a warm welcome to our new neighbors and we are glad that you have chosen our beautiful neighborhood to make your new home.
